The Kaaj education centre is a private council which teaches both manly and womanish scholars. utmost girls' seminaries in the country have been closed since the Taliban returned to power in August last time, but some private seminaries are open.

On Friday the Taliban's interior ministry spokesperson said security brigades were at the point and condemned the attack.

The attack was also explosively condemned by the United Nations and the US.
